APC 3000 Batterys

I have an APC 3000 Its a Small(er) Black Rack mounted UPS, Model Number :sua3000rm12u

I have the Dead battery light on, i have a set of brand new UPS Batteries and have swapped them out, but when i swapped them out for the new ones i still have the Red light on the front as still says the batteries are dead, and buzzes at me lol

Any ideas?
