Hello, on my UPC after overstrain died. Then 6 LEDs flashing and UPS donť switch to battery mode. The nUPC canť turn on normally. I have to disconnect all devices and from electricity and after then I can turn on it. I dont know if I have to buy new battery, because when I mesured voltage on load on batteries, all of then are OK. If I switch UPS on battery normally UPC is OK. What can be wrong with UPS?
UPS is situated in server room on the top of the hill and when is bad weather with the storms, there is ussually overstrain because of flash from storm.
Thank you for your advice.

I would contact local APC support in your region to verify all of your options. I can only speak for the USA and what we would do here.
We have a certified repair vendor we work with here that I'd suggest and your region may have the same. If the UPS is under warranty, a replacement could be provided via APC under warranty. Another option for a replacement may be to trade in your old UPS for credit towards a new one.
This is not an issue that is intended to be serviceable-able by a user unfortunately.

Could you clarify what you mean by overstrain? I am not sure it is coming across correctly in English to me to describe what you mean. I am guessing you may mean overload in relation to maxing out the the UPS capacity?
Center 6 LEDs flashing indicates a relay weld. This would not indicate a new battery in any situation. You'd want to look at repair if offered in your region or a trade in for the UPS if it is not under warranty.

Overstrain means high volatage than 230 V.

OK, so overvoltage is what I would call that or high voltage is appropriate too. This high voltagewould probably be trimmed by the Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) function of your UPS and if that is happening very often, the relay could've welded from frequent use and/or high current. Center 6 LEDs do refer to AVR relay weld specifically.
