AP9641 and AP8958 config.ini Configuration file warning when setting static IP

I'm trying to upload a config.ini to both AP9641 and AP8958 which sets static IPs for these devices.

When my config is set like:

[NetworkTCP/IP]
hostname = DeviceHostname
systemip = 10.1.1.50
subnetmask = 255.255.255.0
defaultgateway = 10.1.1.1
ipv4 = enabled
bootmode = Manual

I get "Configuration file warning: Invalid value on line 18." for each line, aside from the ipv4 line.

When I include the

Override=MacAddressHere

line, all lines are properly accepted and the static IP is set.  I don't currently pull the MACs when the config.ini file is generated, so adding that adds a lot of complexity. Is this a requirement or potentially a bug?

I've tested on AP8958 firmware 2.5.0.6 as well as 1.2.0.4 with no change.
