I am trying to add a new AP9631 network card to my infrastruxture manager. It is saying the device is unrecognized. It is currently on firmware v5.1.7. Anybody have any solutions?

Hmm, I don't know much more on this one. It is only this device showing like this, correct?
QueenB - any ideas on anything else we could check?

Hi,
Is the device on the private or public LAN?
Does the ISX Manager have a public IP address?
Can we possibly get a screenshot of the error you are receiving?
Do you have any other AP9631 added to the ISX Manager?
What ISX Manager version do you have?
Can you re-flash the FW on the card, sometimes this does help. If you are still having problems seeing the device after a re-flash, can you please attach the config.ini file to this thread? Instructions for downloading the config.ini are on KBase FA156131.
Also, what you can try is to format the card. Instructions for formatting the card are in the following KBase FA167693 (located on the bottom of the Kbase).(You can back up the config file before doing this, but I would suggest you re-configure the card and not re-import the old config.ini)
Link to the Kbases is below:
Regards,
B

Since ISX Manager is discontinued, I don't think we've tried it with anything but the original AP9630/31 firmware which was v5.0.0. Regardless, I think it might be OK.
Is the AP9631 itself working fine if you access it on its own (displaying device data, etc)? Sounds like you can log into it at least but I want to make sure that it displays the device data properly.
