I have an SmartUPS 2000 w/ 9631 that web/ssh access stopped working. Tried resetting the network card, no change. I replaced the AP9631 card in the UPS and was able to access the web initially to configure. The next day I was not able to access the web/ssh/snmp interface but PING is still working. Both cards using 7.0.4 firmware.
