AP9631 - Lost the local network management interface-to-integrated Environmental Monitor

I have a number of Smart-UPs units with the AP9631 that periodically have the following alarm: "Lost the local network management interface-to-integrated Environmental Monitor". Sometimes this can be cleared by rebooting, but most often, it requires that the AP9631 be physically removed and reinstalled to clear. The AP9631's have sumx/aos of 6.5.6 and bootmon of 1.0.8.

How do I clear this alarm condition without visiting the unit to pull the card?
