AP9630 stack 36 overrun 1min restart loop

Hi

We got 4 smart ups 5000 with network management card, 3 got ap9617 and work fine but for some reason the one with AP9630 seems stuck in a loop of stack overrun and warmstart.
Attached to this post is the 3 files suggested for support, config.ini, event.txt and data.txt.

the firmwares used are :
Network Management Card AOS v5.0.1

seems upgrading firmware to 5.1.1 fixed the problem, 5 min no warmstart again.

edit : I was wrong :
19.05.2010 13:14:04 UPS: Restored the local network management interface-to-UPS communication.
19.05.2010 13:13:50 System: Network service started. System IP is 10.0.0.28 from manually configured settings.
19.05.2010 13:13:41 System: Warmstart.

the update changed the stack overrun thing.

now it does still warmstart but only every 12 min ish

if you FTP to the card and navigate to the /dbg directory, is there a text file in there that you can download? or paste the contents of the file?

also, i attached firmware 5.1.3 for smart ups to this post, it is the latest version.

please see if you can upgrade to that for us. you can check the /dbg directory first for that file though.
