AP9630 notifications with gmail

I have an APC SMT2200RM2U with a AP9630.  I trying to get it to send me notification to my gmail account but can't find the options I see in various tutorials online.  My guess is my firmware is very old.  I tried to update the firmware but got an error, fortunately it still works. I believe I need to upgrade to version 6.x firmware before going to 7.2.2.  Is there any way to get it as it's not on their web site anymore.  Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

You’ll need to contact APC Technical Support to obtain 6.X.X NMC firmware.

Ensure the following is done if not already present or enabled. FTP is enabled and port is correct and not blocked by any firewall / antivirus.

Run the NMC Wizard in Administrator Mode when launched. Enter the user credentials that are (Administrator Level) such as APC user and target NMC IP Address.

Select FTP and do not save logs and hit next. Once the pop up message appears wait ten seconds before closing the window.

You may also consider performing the NMC Firmware Upgrade using this APC FAQ:
