After updating to the most recent firmware, I have been unable to maintain any changes to configuration that has to do with events and alerting off of events. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone have any resolution?

No problem - glad you sorted it out. And I am sorry that it is a bit confusing and not straight forward. I've tried to lobby for a dedicated page to view who is configured for what notifications but we don't have it yet

Hello Angela,
I followed the steps that you listed above, but was not able to confirm that the configuration changes held still. Are there any potential additional steps?

Hello Thomas
This is the latest NMC firmware for the AP9630 installed on an APC Smart-UPS 1500VA (SMT1500I). Can you please verify that you have this version installed?
Kind Regards
Haseeb

Can you let me know what you see versus what I showed? Or where things may look different for you? I don't think I missed any steps..

I was able to verify that the configuration is now holding. I didn't see an indication initially that email had been turned off. but dug in and found one. I disabled one address and not both so it still showed that email was configured because other addresses were still up and running. Sorry for the confusion
