Hello, I just have a basic question, probably a dumb one. Are these new cards compatible with the SUA models of Smart Ups?

hi erin - NMC2 is backwards compatible with everything except Silcon.

so it will work in any UPS that NMC1 (AP9617/18/19) did such as SU, and SUA model Smart UPS.
