AP9630 / AP9631 NMC2 firmware for Symmetra PX 3 phase ups

Hello, i am looking for the latest firmware for a NMC 2 card that will work with a 3 phase symmetra unit.

This used to be available for download on SE / APC website but was removed.

You may use this APC Resource Link to download the latest 7.2.0 Symmetra firmware release:

If you still require v7.1.2 firmware you’ll need to contact APC Technical Support to obtain the same if available to them.

Hello, the product page you provided is missing firmware for the 3 phase symmetra. this is my whole issue. only single phase is listed under firmware and the file would have SY3P in it.

It appears APC has removed all previous links / reference to the 3 phase firmware. Using the NMC Support links also goes to a dead link.

Suggest you contact APC Technical Support to obtain the needed firmware. Please do share the same as I’m sure it will help the next person asking the same.

It’s obvious to me you don’t understand this isn’t a formal place to request technical support & firmware. 

This is a public forum, as such, internal documents and resources are not available unless an Official APC representative decides to enter this conversation.

Creating a formal service request with APC Technical Support in your region would track this issue and they could use all available resources to provide you the needed firmware.

If tier one support isn’t able to find the needed files they would escalate the service request to the next tier for resolution.

It’s been six days since you created this thread. This problem obviously isn’t that important to you to resolve because you haven’t bothered to use the formal process of engagement! 🤦‍♂️

There are three formal paths to engage APC Technical Support in your region: Chat, Email, Telephone.

The APC Forum is NOT a formal path to request or receive information, documents, and software.
