Where can I find the software to upgrade these versions of NMC's to the latest version and also the method of carrying this out. Also I have a large number of v5.1.7 NMC's which I would also like to upgrade

Hi Tine,

Do you know what model UPS/accessory the NMC's are installed in? Our firmware revs are dependant on what type of system the NMC will be used in, so we'd want to make sure you get the right files for the units you have. If you can find the "application version" in the web UI, we can use that to determine which files you'd need and where to find them.
