The subject line says it all, really.
I have a Symmetra LX 16kkVA 3 phase unit which had an unconfigured AP9619 Management card. I connected it up and assigned an IP address using the wizard, logged in to the web console and all went well.
Then, I downloaded the firmware package (apc_hw02_aos361_sy3p358.exe) and upgraded it. Apparently, this was a mistake.
The card itself seems happy to talk to the network, but anything requiring it to return a status, it responds with "Lost Communication to the UPS"
I've considered downgrading the firmware, but don't have the image files and can't find them on the website.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi newby on the forum.
I have two challanges, We have 7 Symmetra lx 8KVA SC Frames with extended battery frames.
The one has a similar Lost communication signal on the GUI giving the basic GUI frame but Lost communication with most of the links on the Web browser. I have installed a new Network Management card and suspect it was used in the three phase high power units we have on some of our sites.
What firmware should I install on the card and how must I do it?
Secondly The 8KVA frames batteries are all giving Battery pack alarms, not seeing some packs on insertion or giving low capacity.
This on packs that have been repacked with new batteries.
I have seen a discussion about a Cal Key that can be inserted to reset the calibration of the battery packs.
Could you kindly help me find out more?
Our company has many Transmitter stations that use APC UPS units.
Thank you
Tommy

The Symmetra LX isn't really a three phase UPS. The non-US units will accept 5-wire 3PH input, but the firmware is labeled as if it was a "North American" unit (a larger install base, I believe), which is split phase. You need to use the regular, single phase symmetra firmware.
