Hello All,
This is my first post to this forum.
Had updated firmware for the AP9619 from ver 2.5 to ver 3.7.2.
The "Environment" tab is missing from the webui as well as the text-based ui (pls see screenshot). Also, the AP9512THBLK probe is not detected.
Have tried rebooting the firmware. Have tried unpluging the AP9512THBLK and rebooting the firmware. But none of these steps worked.
Does anyone have any clue or suggestions?
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
reggie

I've just had the same issue on an AP9619, no environment tab in the web interface, although everything else worked ok.
The fix was fairly simple, there is a white connector at the rear of the card that joins the top and bottom boards together, and it wasn't completely seated.
I reseated it and applied a drop of hot melt glue at each end of the connector to stop it happening again, and now have an environment tab in the menu again 🙂

You could try removing and re-seating the AP9619 (2 Philips screws, one on each side, hold it in). IIRC, the AP9619 is a "sandwich" of multiple cards (or maybe that's the AP9618, though it has been a while). But I don't see how a software upgrade could cause a problem between the two boards.

I agree with Terry. I would remove/uninstall the AP9619 from the UPS SmartSlot and look at the AP9619 which is two PCB boards connected together by a white connector. I would even try pulling the two boards apart and reseating them securely and then insert the AP9619 back in the UPS and re-check for the environment tab. Also maybe check to see what the NMC reports its model as under Administration->General->About. You can do all of this "hot" and do not need to worry about affecting UPS operation.
The "environment" tab should always show as long as those two PCBs are connected together and regardless if a probe is connected or not.
If that does not fix it, just for the heck of it, we could try "downgrading" but I am not hopeful that will change anything - but would be free thing to try. I am not sure if any type of upgrade gets pushed to that top PCB which gives the environment function which is why I suggested to try a downgrade, see if it is there, and maybe re-upgrade.
