Hi,
I have finally got console access to my UPS and changed the username/password and configured the network settings. Connection was made from a Dell R620 running Windows 2012 R2 in a management workgroup. This is on a separate subnet and VLAN to our production network. The UPS is plugged into a tagged port on the switch and is configured on the same segment as the server. Server IP Address: 192.168.192.203 VLAN ID: 10
UPS IP Address: 192.168.192.49 Switch port VLAN ID: 10
However, I cannot ping the UPS IP address from the Server, nor can I ping the server from the UPS. So my questions is: Does the AP9618 NMC play well with VLAN's.
