AP9617 Firmware Upgrade: Stuck on v2.5.3 Due to Two AOS Upgrades Required
AP9617 Firmware Upgrade from v2.5.3 to v3.9.3
When attempting to upgrade the Network Management Card firmware to the latest version, I’ve encountered the following error message: "Detected early version, two AOS upgrades required."
From my understanding, this message indicates that my current firmware version is too outdated for a direct upgrade to the latest release. It seems that intermediate firmware versions (specifically AOS files) must be applied first before I can proceed with the most recent update.
Unfortunately, I don’t have access to those older firmware versions, and I haven’t been able to locate them through standard support channels or on the APC website. I would greatly appreciate any help in obtaining the necessary prior AOS updates, or if someone could point me to a resource or procedure to resolve this issue.
