Looking for firmware upgrade on SMX3000RMLV2UNC with ID10

Not able to find a firmware upgrade for my SMX3000RMLV2UNC

with firmware revision UPS 01.6 (ID10) , the serial number begins with JS1044.

looking through the firmware files all I could find is for ID1003

Technically speaking your hardware is not well defined by the APC FAQ as listed here:

Hardware with ID 11 and produced before 1036 (2010 36th week) firmware below 2.XX can not be upgraded.

You UPS firmware is well below 2.XX and the ID is 10. But it was made after 1036. You can contact APC Technical Support for clarity and maybe this specific hardware can be updated to the last version of 3.XX firmware.

Regardless, if the system is operating fine I don’t recommend a firmware upgrade as you have a more than 50% chance of bricking a fully operational unit.

Especially if this system has been operating since 2010! The expected operational service life of the UPS is 7 years and this hardware is double or 14 years old.

If by chance you do receive a FUW / files. Ensure you meet every single requirement that is outlined in the firmware update process noted in the APC FAQ I provided!
