Please assist, does AP9572 include power cord with it?? Or we need to purchase this little item 'power cord' locally???

Yes, it does come with one. I double checked in http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/ASTE-6Z6JYB/ASTE-6Z6JYB_R1_EN.pdf via Rack PDU, Basic, Zero U, 16A, 208/230V, (15) C13 Documentation - Manuals, Warranties, Brochures and .... Then, I triple checked by verifying the Bill of Materials on this SKU that there is a 2.5m power cable included, which there is.
