AP9517SQD firmware update fail

Hi,

I bought used UPS for my engineering thesis. I want to use it to transform the voltage in my small engine test bench.

I wanted to upload a newest firmware for the card AP9517SQD but it ended a failure. The AOS apc_hw02_sumx_372 is not suitable for my Teradata UPS-ATS 3000 RM XL (TDM3000R2XLI) UPS.

Could you send me apc_hw02_xups_357.bin file?

Please, help to find firmware for Symmetra Rack PDU, there is AP9517SQD inside too. On sticker printed software versions apc_hw02_aos_264 and apc_hw02_xpdu_202

Do you still have the firmware file (apc_hw02_xups_357.bin) ?
