I think you mean AP9630 network management card (not AP9360) and yes, it will. So will AP9631 if you wanted that.

Technically, on that UPS you are supposed to braindead it but the chance of anything happening if you do it live/hot is like so slim that I haven't done it in forever. I personally believe the annoyance of braindeading (turning the UPS off and disconnecting from AC power) is greater than the risk of something happening if you do it live. As long as your UPS is not acting strange (i.e. beeping and smoking), then I'd just go ahead and do it live.
