AP8641 "Component communications lost with Phase Meter"
I have multiple errors all relating to component communications with the device. The only information that I have been able to locate in the forum says is "Please verify that the terminator in inserted in either the in or out port" which it is. So, because of the disconnect, the display and web interface is just showing 0.0 for everything?
Component communications lost with Phase Meter.
Communications Lost.
Component communications lost with Outlet Board 1 Meter. Please verify that the terminator is inserted in the in or out port.
Component communications lost with Outlet Board 2 Meter. Please verify that the terminator is inserted in the in or out port.
Component communications lost with Outlet Board 3 Meter. Please verify that the terminator is inserted in the in or out port.
So, if the terminator is inserted, is there anything else to do to trouble shoot this?

Besides the terminator, other steps to take would be confirming the unit has the most up to date firmware, or safely reseating the display module to rule out a poor connection. We have more information on those steps here: https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA168022/
