Hello
I have a stack of new AP7920B units (boot 1.0.8, AOS 6.5.6, rpdu2g 6.5.6). I cannot seem to find a way to configure the syslog settings from the command line. I can do it from the web interface (Configuration -> Logs -> Syslog -> Settings) but this is rather tedious.
Have I missed something obvious?
Thanks
Martin.

Hi Martin,
While there isn't a way to configure it through command line, you can make the changes to the web UI first, then download the config.ini file and push that to all of your devices. You dont need to upload the full config.ini file, only the section named "NetworkSYSLOG"

Hello
Thanks for that. This seems like a horrible oversight for a very commonly configured and used feature. Could I submit a request for this to be added?
Martin.
