Hello.
I upgraded (tried to) the firmware using the windows update tool (apc_hw05_aos650_sy3p650_bootmon108).
After that, the card is not accessible through the web interface.
The card is installed in a Symmetra LX 16000.
I tried resetting to defaults and formatting but nothing changed.
I can log in with telnet and ftp.

Hello Antonio
Lets jump to it!
The firmware you have uploaded is not compatible with the UPS the card is installed in. The Symmetra LX is considered a single-phase unit, and the firmware you have uploaded to the card it the one used for the bigger 3-phase units.
Second of all, the firmware update seems to have failed hence the the "A-" in the status line (P+ N4+ N6+ A-)
But, you should be able to remedy both of these issues by uploading the correct firmware to the NMC.
You can find the firmware here -> https://www.apc.com/us/en/product/SFSY708/ups-network-management-card-v7-0-8-firmware-for-symmetra-1...
In regard to the upgrade, I would advice doing it "manually" in this case.
The process is documented in this FAQ -> https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156047/
The bit you should focus on is documented under "Manual (via Secure CoPy) - Network Management Card 1, 2, and 3*" or "Manual (via FTP) - Web/SNMP Card (AP9606) & Network Management Card 1 and 2*" depending on whether SCP or FTP is your method of choice.
Best regards
Tonny

Thank you, Tonny!
Used Manual via FTP method.
On first attempt, the result was a mess: only SSH enabled (web, telnet, ftp: all disabled!). I re-enabled all using cli.
On second attempt all went fine, including installation of language pack.
Best Regards!
