WebGUI APC Interface
Hi Scheneider Team,
We're performing an issue reaching the WebGUI Interface in more than one of our APC Devices, no matter which IP information configure on the network port using DHCP as default on the devices, the NIC of the APCs not always take IPCONFIG and when took it and try to access it via web the error "Connection Rejected" or "TCP-RST-From-Server" is received.
We already check on our firewalls and there is no blocks and all traffic is allowed, I have seen on past post Forums members recommend to configure it via console but many of the sites are remote, is there any other way to force or reset the NIC of the APC?, usually from Control -> Network -> Reset / Rebootwe can update the NIC to take new config but usually that action is performed using WebGUI.
