Carlos,

The condenser for the InRow RP, typically the LNE-S01-A009, uses a JCI P352 PN controller to dictate when the fans turn on. This is a pressure transducer driven fan controller; As your discharge pressure increases, it will cause the controller start the fan. The typical settings for the controller are as follows: 240psi pressure, 70 throttle range, 0 minimum. Perhaps that is the "variable frequency drive" you're speaking of. I'm curious to see how you applied voltage to attempt to start the condenser fan? What pins did you jump? Any further clarification you can provide could be beneficial. If the unit is currently under warranty, I recommend that you contact our technical support team at 888-695-6500 to set up a dispatch.
