ACRP 501 Controller Reset due to break point

I have 9 ACRP 501 in-row coolers.  One just set a DCE critical alarm stating the DDF failed: "Device status may be inaccurate because an attempt to transfer a device definition file (DDF) failed."  The unit is running, but there are a couple of device log entries stating the controller reset due to a break point.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!  Gus
