We have an ACRD602P cooling unit in a datacenter that frequently gives these alarms:
- Humidifier Low Water Condition
- Humidifier Error Tolerance Exceed Condition
Knowing that three units of this type installed in datacenter and this is the only one gives this alarm.
Please any advice to solve the problem.

Have You checked the water supply line for the humidifier to see if it's receiving water pressure, from the city water? What is the current humidity value? And setpoint? In order to better assist You on this one.
