9631 SNMP Temperature Values Incorrect
The APC 9631 network management card with current firmware 5.1.7 outputs the wrong SNMP temperature values if the Temperature Scale preference (Administration> General> Preferences> Temperature Scale:) is set to Fahrenheit for web GUI Environment display.
Per the MIBs SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.5 should always result in temperature display in Fahrenheit and SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.6 should always result in Celsius.
When set to Celsius:
snmpwalk [hostname] -v1 -c public .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.1.1.1 = INTEGER: 1

we had an issue with this but it was fixed already over a year ago where a double calculation was being performed depending on the preference setting. I know you said this was version 5.1.7 firmware but can you please provide a screenshot of the firmware versions from the web interface under Administration->General->About please.
I just double checked this on my end for sanity's sake knowing it was a non issue these days and verified my temp preference was on Celsius and I am seeing 82 for uioSensorStatusTemperatureDegF and 28 for uioSensorStatusTemperatureDegC as I expect to.
Here is what I am running per sysDescr (.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1) OID under mib-2 which maybe you can get that instead for me: APC Web/SNMP Management Card (MB:v4.0.1 PF:v5.1.7 PN:apc_hw05_aos_517.bin AF1:v5.1.7 AN1:apc_hw05_sumx_517.bin MN:AP9631 HR:05 SN: BA08XXXXXXX MD:01/16/2009) (Embedded PowerNet SNMP Agent SW v2.2 compatible)

My bad - of the many, MANY smart-UPS' that we are monitoring, the ones with the problem are NOT running 5.1.7. I inadvertently checked firmware on 3 that were not having the problem. Thanks much.
