Hi,
My office has APC 2200XL with 2 Com port Interface Expander (IE). Currently I have 3 servers running in the same rack and required to be attach at current UPS. Is there any way for me to attach those server since the IE only have 2 com port? or can be IE replace with other APC card? Which model? Please help

Yes, we'd suggest you replace the interface expander with a UPS Network Management Card (AP9630 or AP9631) and use PowerChute Network Shutdown to coordinate graceful shutdowns over the network between the Network Management Card and the PowerChute Software. You'd install powerchute network shutdown on your servers you want to gracefully shutdown based on what the UPS is doing.
You'll want to confirm your operating systems are compatible with PowerChute network shutdown as your first step. (here is the compatibility chart-> http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/SJHN-7AYQNP/SJHN-7AYQNP_R43_EN.pdf )
