Have 2 9630 management cards in rm 1500 smart-ups. A couple of years ago, they tried to send email notifications when the email server wasnt available. Ever since that time, notifications sent via email are 2 events behind. I have an opportunity now to address this issue since these ups's are not currently in production for a short period of time. I have tried rebooting the 9630 cards with no change. How do i clear out the pending email queue so that notifications sent via email is the current one?
