7721 ATS does not show load
HI
We recently had a power outage at our datacenter and when everything came back online all of our three 7721s refuse to show the output load and the status leds turned orange/amber.
if I log on to the web interface everything seems normal and at least one of them still works perfectly (can't test the other two without a maintenance window IF something happens).

Hello,
How long was the outage? Can you clarify what you see on the front display? Is it just the solid Amber LED right above the current display readout? And everything else is off? i ask because there is a few LEDs on the front panel and I want to make sure I understand the current state. If you want to share a picture of that one, that's good too so I can see.
If I am right on understanding the LEDs, the first thing I would try is pushing the pinhole reset button on that front display. This would just reboot that display and network management interface and not the outlets/load. The ones you can log into, you can issue the reboot management interface command under Administration, General, Reset/Reboot. This performs the same action.
