Rich - Not sure what happened to the original question!!

A customer has a 20KVA UPS (Model AIS3000 I think) the event log has an entry every hour of "System: Set Date or Time." Can the time and date be set from the front panel or does the customer need to log into the unit and set the time / date via the GUI and will this them stop the entry every hour?

Hi Peter,

I think your customer may be looking at a Galaxy 3500. Please see the link below. This is the Smart UPS VT that should have the same menu tree as the customer sees.

Looking on page 26 goes into detail to change the data and time using the UPS display.
