One UPS shows the below events
and the other shows no events but 2 critical alarms and I am getting 2 emails every few minutes to alert me.
Can anyone suggest the best next stage to fault find these issues ?
thanks

Hi Phillip -
The first unit with the "on battery in response to..." message is functioning as expected. It saw that the input utility power was out of range,m switched to battery for a brief period of time, then switched back online.
The second unit with the Power factor Correction fault has an issue however and is not currently providing any battery back up protection. I would attempt to reset the UPS by performing a "brain dead" procedure. Turn off the UPS, disconnect the input power, then press and hold the "off" button again. You should hear a slight "click" and you may see a brief flash of the LED's on the unit. After that you can reconnect the input power and turn the UPS back on. If the message clears, it was probably erroneous. If the message does not reset, or if it returns, I would suggest contacting tech support.
Thanks
Liam
