Smart-UPS X 3000 error

This was originally posted on APC forums on 7/31/2018

We recently had a power cut which normally wouldn't be an issue as the UPS kicks in and keeps out servers up. However, on this occasion the UPS shut down immediately without warning and brought the servers down with it.

Looking at the logs, it keeps flicking between "UPS: A battery charger fault exists."' and "UPS: A battery charger fault no longer exists." every couple of minutes.

Here are the measurements:

Last Battery Transfer: Detection of distorted input
Internal Temperature: 19.2°C
Runtime Remaining: 1hour 10min 22sec
UPS Input
Input Voltage: 248.5 VAC @ 50.1 Hz

UPS Output
Output Voltage: 248.5 VAC @ 50.1 Hz
Load Current: 1.0 Amps

Output VA: 8.3 %
Output Watts: 7.1 %
Output Efficiency: 87.0 %
Output Energy Usage: 21715.24 kWh
Battery Status
Battery Capacity: 15.7 %
Battery Voltage: 132.5 VDC
Num of External Batteries:

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Let me know if more information is needed.

Thanks!
