Description
Start Date
The UPS device’s warranty start date.
Expiry Date
The date of expiration of the UPS device’s warranty. If you have purchased an extended warranty, this date will include both your factory and extended warranty.
Contract Number
The UPS device’s extended warranty contract number. The APC Entitlements team will provide this contract number in your Warranty Certificate via email.
NOTES:
It can take up to 7 working days for your extended warranty information to display in the Web Portal.
If theRenewal Optionsbutton is not visible for your UPS, it may not be eligible to buy an extended warranty. This occurs for lithium-ion devices and UPS devices out of warranty coverage. Contact your APC reseller to discuss your options.
