here i want to rise a request because our all clints calling same is that wiser is not connecting form mobile app from today.
any big update happens or any firmware coming. If not, how can i resolve this issue for all

An issue concerning the App was reported yesterday
The SE technical team has identified the cause and has developed and deployed a fix.
The issue has been successfully mitigated round about yesterday 1pm (CET).
No further action is required from users — the fix has been applied and is propagating.
