spacelynk application

Hello,

I always use wiser for KNX app to control spacelynk device as local device but this days application not longer available, i try wiser KNX but can't read spacelynk device.

What should i do to fix that issue?

Hello Mostafa_ramadan,

I understood that you just want to use it locally in your network.
But is the device still connected to the internet or not?

If it is connected to the internet than we may need to check some details to be able to use the new Wiser KNX App.
If it is not connected to the internet ... then we cant use the Wiser KNX App as such.
Would be a solution to create just an Icon (which looks like an App / which is at the end just a full screen browser) on the dedicated mobile devices?

Ok, device is connected to the internet and you tried already to use the new Wiser KNX App which didnt worked.
Can you please share the blocking point you faced?
Do you have the latest FW installed on the device?
Do you have all apps on the latest status?
I recommend to mark by all apps to update them automatically to avoid problems in terms of incompatibility between the mobile app and local apps of your spaceLYnk.

Following your question above, in case you're not yet aware, you should now also be able to use the new Wiser KNX App with spaceLYnk controllers (as long as the App is available in your country).
