Hi everyone,
1. The first time i opened this LSS100300 from website is OK, BUT i can not change any information in configuration even thought i log in as "admin" just like the factory setting. (https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_enDocType=Instruction+sheet&p_File_Name=LSS100300_HW...)
2. So i press the Reset button > 10s twice so i can factory it again.
--> Now i can not access it from any kind of browsers or ETS software. ( i can still PING the IP, FireWall turned OFF, Wifi OFF, only Ethernet ON)

3. i opened the case to compare the small Red led inside of LSS100300 with LSS100100 and those two exactly the same.
4. i cut off the power supply, removed the SD card then place it in again incase it loose BUT no progress.
5. the LED1 and LED2 show me its completely normal BUT its not.
Anyone had been through this or has the idea what going on please help, i am very appreciate.

1. When I bought 4 brand new LSS100300s, one of them had a Configuration that could not be changed.
--> The problem may be in the Firmware (FW).
2. I used USB Image Tool to backup the FW of the normal ones and then restored it to the SD card of the faulty one.
--> The error was fixed --> Accessed via Website and ETS + was able to change the Configuration.
