send the value after "t" time

Hello all of you,

How do I send the value after "t" time. For example I want to send 0 value action on release but I don't want to immediately. I want send it after a time. How can I make with binary input module ?

Hello Fethi,

I am not pretty sure that I understood your wish 100% correctly.

I understood that you want to press a mechanical pushbutton for a certain time and only by reaching this time a "0" should be sent out. And that you want to realize that with the help of a binary input (e.g. MTN644592 Link to manual ). For that you
can use the extended edge function in combination with the "long activation time". You can define a time up to 25s.
By the extended edge function a press of a Pushbutton can be detailed configured due to the fact that it is splitted within 4 parts (1. action direct at pressing / 2. action at release before arriving long activation time / 3.action at arrive of long activation time / 4. action at release after arriving long activation time).

Below you will find a picture to better understand how it is working and the needed settings within the ETS.
