Dears,
I have an issue with the connection between my Touch IP 7 [MTN6260-7770] and SpacelYnk [LSS100200] devices. Despite verifying the correct IP addresses and MAC addresses, I have been unable to connect the devices to the site network, and the screen cannot discover the controller.
In a separate attempt, I connected the two devices directly to my personal router, and while the screen was able to discover the IP address of the controller, it was unable to save the connection or start visualization.
i would greatly appreciate your guidance if I should set a specific parameters to the SpacelYnk to be able to connect to the screen.
Thanks,
Khaled M. Ibrahim

Hello Khaled.M.Ibrahim,
did you created a user within spaceLYnk and added this data within the TP-Config?
You need to enter this in the tab called "Connection". It is the only section without a picture from your side.
Without a defined user it will not work.

Hello @Khaled.M.Ibrahim have you found a solution to your problem?

Hello @Neskettani,
Really sorry for missing your reply. Unfortunately, I still haven't found a solution to the issue. The only workaround that worked was using a standard home router to run the screen.
I tried various approaches with our IT team to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, none were successful.

Hello Khaled.M.Ibrahim!
It means, the problem is not to make it work in general (use of the standard router).
The problem appears when you use the given IT-Networkstuff? Is that correct?
