Wiser for KNX remote App - incompatibility with iOS13

We face currently an incompatibility of Wiser for KNX remote App with iOS 13 released 24th september 2019.

The Team is working on to fix this issue. I will keep you informed about progress here.

There is a new version of the App available since 06.12.2019.

After release of latest Wiser for KNX remote app we are reporting 2 bugs.

1.

Issue: If the user logs into the app, when he tries to connect to the controller, he never gets to the screen when he need to put his credentials from the controller, it remains loading all the time. Only when you put your credentials through settings then it seems to work.

Workaround for this issue:

• click hamburger icon
• click Configuration
• fill in Username & Password

2. Option "Display widgets if available = Yes" does not work

The fixed Remote App (both issues) is under testing. Let me apologize for inconvenience.

Now the topics from above should be solved!

The Wiser for KNX remote app has been released on Google play (Android) in version 3.1.17 & 3.1.18 and App store (iOS) in version 3.1.18.

The new version is fixing following bugs in remote access:

• “White screen”

When controller had invalid or missing credentials it was not possible to connect and loading screen poping-up.

• “Display widgets if available”

Even user select this option start page with Touch visualization is not available.
