Wiser for KNX - incorrect email

Posting this message on behalf of a fellow system integrator. Apparently, he entered the wrong email ID while setting up the Wiser cloud. How to correct it or reset it?

Our support department needs to know the MAC address of the controller and they can reset it.

Can you provide me with the MAc address?

there is an easy way to get the MAC address by scripting, I will share it on the forum 

Run the below Script once and you will get the mac address on the logs page

mac = io.readfile('/sys/class/net/eth0/address'):trim()
log(mac)

Another option is just to take a look by the network/interface settings.
