Since yesterday 31.01.2023 there is update available on Android and iOS but application does not alert that new version available (at least not in my case)

Yes there was a problem yesterday with Azure and it affect our cloud connection for the Mobile app.
It was resolved yesterday afternoon, so today Cloud access should be OK.
There was official communication to FO and CCC to inform them from the team.
Are you facing the issues now?

I have discussed with the team and they explained me the details about the issue David mentioned. What we have realized is that after the outage, some controllers automatically reconnect, but some others do not, and in this case, the way to proceed is rebooting them. Once the controllers are rebooted they will automatically re-connect.
We have a new version of the Cloud connector that will soon be released first to validation and then to production that will bring important updates to it and will help in situations like the one from yesterday.
So for the moment, users will need to reboot it. Sorry for the inconvinience.

I'm afraid that information propagation time for CCC (FO = front office?) is longer than this problem live time.
I get feedback from KNX integrator, after restart problem still persist. After logon to cloud thee is another login window (user, password) and customer is unable to login.

Yes we have this problem on the version 3.1.49. We are about to release a next version 3.1.50 and this version is tested and this issue is fixed there.

We also have several customers who complain that they cannot connect to the cloud. The problem is the same: after entering the cloud credentials for login, it also asks for the controller's credentials (user and password) and even if he enter these data, the client cannot log in.
