Hi, i'm Cristian from Argentina.
I have a problem with my Wiser for knx. It was working good for 1 year, and now I need to change te ip of the Wiser. When i go to seetings, in the configuración of the Wiser, appear a page that Say: 404 not found (all in withe). For this reason i have reset the wiser to defaults, and now, when I Enter in the IP of the Wiser and try to login, it's brings me to the same page 404 not found, so i cant do nothing in the wiser.
Any solution?

The problema was solved. I got in touch with tsc-southamerica@schneider-electric.com
They told me, that I have to flash the microSD of the Wiser for KNX.

can you please provide more details like:
HW-Version of your device > Sticker on the right side of the product
FW-Version you have installed
Picture where we can see the complete URL
Project backup?!
Actions
Please clear the cache of your used browser and reach out to the device again.
Can you ping the device to make sure that your device is really still there.
Double check that you are really within the same network as the device.
Because as you want to change the IP it seems you have some changes within your IP-Network.

I Claer my Cache, and still not working.
I attach some pictures of my wiser and the last project Backup.
The firmware its the one thats comes by default (I cant see it, because i cant login in wiser).

sorry we had a long easter weekend.
From the picture you sent it seems everything OK.
Strange that the device is not reacting as expected.
I couldnt install locally your project-backup as it was not attached.
Do you have by ramdom a second device where you could install this backup just for test purposes?
I mean in order to identify if it is, for whatever reason, a HW issue?
