Hello all,
I am trying to share the house controls in Wiser KNX. The start date does not have the days and not accepting the time. How can I give access?

The issue described above (only affecting the iOS version) is fixed and will be available in the upcoming release together with some new features, like the possibility to navigate your installations in 2 levels (Floor/Rooms), using the App in tablets in landscape mode, etc.
You can expect the release in 1-2 weeks.

this is a know problem with one of our former App-Versions.
Please make sure you have the latest version installed on your mobile device.
If you still end up within the same issue (with the latest version of the App) ... please share the used type of operation system (iOS/Android) and the used App-Version.

@Flubber051180 Just for your information, this platform is a forum to get help from others, it’s not a support channel, although some SE specialists are monitoring the topics.
As this issue probably requires an update of the app, there are no forum members that can help you quickly with an easy fix..
Best way for issues with high prio is to use the official support channels to raise a support ticket via your local SE contacts.
This way it can be escalated to the proper department(s) that are developping the app.
FYI: We are currently field testing the next release of the app that (don’t pin me on this) i expect somewhere next week or the week after that.

Maybe the ios app build issue but, for now, android might be a workaround
