SpaceLogic KNX Remote is a new service that will be launched 1st of October. The details about the solution are described below:

SpaceLogic KNX Remote is a subscription-based feature tailored for System Integrators and Smart Electricians. Designed for ETS (5 or 6) as an ETS-App and eConfigure (Lite, Expert, and Expert Student ≥ v3.0), SpaceLogic KNX Remote provides the following capabilities:

• Remote KNX Installation Configuration

Secure, remote configuration of your customers’ ETS (.knxproj) or eConfigure projects in the installation.

• Remote Controller Access and Configuration

Secure, remote access and configuration of your customers' Wiser for KNX or spaceLYnk controllers.

By utilizing SpaceLogic KNX Remote, you can minimize costly and time-consuming on-site visits, ensure quick maintenance responses, serve a broader customer base regardless of geographical constraints, and expand your service reach to deliver maintenance and warranty support.

1. Requirements
1. Hardware: Wiser for KNX (LSS100100) or spaceLYnk (LSS100200) controller in your customer’s installation.
2. Software:
• ETS users: ETS 5 or 6 + SpaceLogic KNX Remote ETS-App + SpaceLogic KNX Remote package.
• eConfigure users: eConfigure Lite, Expert, or Expert Student ≥ v3.0 + SpaceLogic KNX Remote package.

3. SpaceLogic KNX Remote Subscription: To remotely connect to each of your customer installations or your own controller, you will need to purchase a subscription from the available options.
