External field tests are already far progressed (if not completed) so I guess you have to wait..

Ask your local team when it is expected, I believe the next wave is somewhere early 2024, our country (NL) is in that wave, but I don’t know the other countries..

I’m now working on the NL translation of it, so maybe your country is also in that stage..

We can't share the APK file just like that. If you want to test the app then we need to follow the right process. Currently, we're already working to launch the app in Poland starting next year. For now, you can become a field tester, I will share the details on how to join the team in a separate email.

Not sure if you are just looking for an android app that works with KNK, or the Schneider app specifically.

My app links available at crowhurst.com.au was written for the Clipsal Cbus Shac etc. but also works with the KNX Wiser. Currently (should be available World Wide) the Andriod  version has less features than the Apple version, but it will allow you to access the Wiser , got to specific pages and enter app locations.

Hi Erwin,

I purchased the device from the UK, it worked well, but now the remote app stopped working. There was a communication that I have to use the new app, fine, but the new app is NOT available in the UK App Store. What are my options? Just accept that I purchased a device that after 1-2 years operation I cannot fully utilise? My case is even worse, as first I bought the LSs100200 that doesn’t have that remote connection, so I had to buy the LSS100100 as well.

I have good news for you:

The Wiser KNX App is not yet available in the UK as you said but we're now with the preparations to release it next month in England and Ireland.

On the other hand, I can also confirm that the spaceLYnk controllers have been enabled to be connected to the cloud and App too, therefore you would be able to use the App from this controller too and if interested also use voice control services like Alexa and Google Assistant.

Have created the Touch visu as requested?
Without it the App is not able to upload your configuration.
The App itself doesn't require any configuration.
It uploads the Touch visu and shows the several widget as they are created and located

I guess your FW is 2.8.3 or higher ... right?
And you struggle to link your device with the cloud .. or?
When you try to link it ... are you with your device and the mobile phone within the same network?

The legacy Wiser for KNX didn't stop working, it was only taken down from both appstores. For everyone that has it installed, they can keep using it.

The NEW Wiser KNX App is about to be launched in the UK, we're currently getting everything ready (Localizing Terms of Use and Privacy Policy among other things). The app should be launched in the upcoming weeks, most likely at the beginning of August.

Finally, another good news, the spaceLYnk controllers have been recently enabled for cloud connection (using the App, voice control, etc). You need to follow the same steps as if it would be a Wiser for KNX controller.

Yes. It actually does now, you can try it.

@crestokart from the message we see in those 2 screens is that your controller is not really connected to the cloud. Have you enabled the KNX IoT 3rd party API? (from the picture you send I can't properly see it.

Please also ensure you have the latest version of the Plugins (Cloud connector, KNX Iot 3rd party API, touch, etc) .
