W4KNX not Connected with Amazon

Hi

We are working on a project where we have supplied W4KNX for connected smart devices and Voice control. we have created account amazon and schneider cloud services but amazon apps not found W4KNX device so that we are unable to connect alexa with my devices where API services cloud shown gray color. All are same network. please find the attached file for your information.

could anyone please support how to solve the issue ASAP

As you could register the mobile app succesfully to the cloud means your internet connection from the controller is working and correct (default GW/DNS) so there is not much else to set, have you updated the Cloud connector / APIT3 to the latest version? Did you enabled the API for Cloud?

Did you created a Touch visualization and checked the box “voice control“ on the widgets you want to use in Alexa?

Hello

I have updated all APIT3 and cloud connector and internet connectivity. Is it available W4KNX voice control in my country . My country name is Bangladesh.
