Hello,
I am experiencing issues with a W4KNX device that is having trouble maintaining its connection to the cloud.
My colleague initially registered the device in the cloud, but after some time, it disconnected and can no longer be accessed via the mobile application.
When the device is disconnected, if I disable and re-enable the "cloud connector" from the browser interface, it reconnects successfully, but after a while, it disconnects again.
I have attached a brief log from the device.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions to resolve this issue.

Please share the MAC address of your controller so we can take a look. Also it's important to know which version of the Cloud connector and the APIt3 have you installed (is it the latest version available)
