Hello.
Unable restore to device, with .tar file. SL is HW 1.3 Ver 2.5.1
The restore operation and restart succeed correctly, but SL is still empty.
If the backup was taken from an older version, could that be the reason?
How I can check backup version?
Has anyone had a similar problem?
TAR file inside zip file attached.

Just restored the backup in a SL with FW 3.0 and works normally..
Looks like your device is having an issue, you can try to replace or restore the SD card..

Thank you for confirming that the backup is okay. I have two SL same problem. However I can import the ets project successfully with all objects. I try replace SD card next with usbit.

Import of ETS file does not say much, it’s executed or loaded in the RAM,
To confirm it’s OK you need to restart the controller so the objects are loaded from the SD, if for example the SD card has become read only (this is a behavior that any SD card can have) and the controller is restarted, the controller is probably still empty as the content in the RAM was never dropped on the SD card, same counts if the SD card has defect clusters or some other corruption.

I formatted the new SD cards but couldn't still restore with the restore command. Reason could be to the security softwares (trellix, cyber ark, zscaler) on the SE's computer. Something goes wrong when SL restarting. I got backup working with HW 3.1 new spaceLynk and spare computer without trellix,zscler,cyber ark. Thanks for help.

I don’t think it’s firewall related as you can already reach the port to login, same port is used for the upload to the controller.
Can you try clearing browser cache (all time) on the machine with the issue and try again?

I noticed that the tcp/ip port interrupt the connection when I am connected to spaceLYnk. Same thing happens with AS-P. Time to time offline/online 1-3sec. I opened a help desk ticket about this and we will solve that problem first. This is not happening my spare computer.
